Food Safety
ANX provides food safety services to growers and producers, packers, re-packers, processors, cold storage facilities, and wholesalers in the fresh and processed fruit and vegetable industries. Some of ANX’s largest clients include vegetable farms selling to major grocery chains and processors.

Beyond food safety plan development and consulting, ANX staff provides training activities including HACCP training as well as food safety and sustainability audit services for accredited certification bodies.
